Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 3 c. (or more) chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. yellow cheese
  • 6 wide lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese

Directions

    Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.

    Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms and cheese.

    Cook until blended.

    Place half the noodles in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover with half each of sauce, cottage cheese and chicken.

    Repeat layers and top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
