Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 3 c. (or more) chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. yellow cheese
- 6 wide lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Directions

1Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.

2Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms and cheese.

3Cook until blended.

4Place half the noodles in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Cover with half each of sauce, cottage cheese and chicken.

6Repeat layers and top with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
