- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Cook celery, onion and chicken livers until tender.

3Stir in cornstarch, adding 1 cup of water and remaining ingredients, except rice.

4Heat 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice. (Beef livers may also be used in lieu of chicken livers.)
