  • 5 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten in milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and put in greased baking dish.

    Bake about 1 hour in a slow oven (300° to 350°).

    Serve with any heated, undiluted mushroom or celery soup for the sauce.
