- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. onion, ground with meat
- 2 beaten eggs
- seasoned salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. ground, cooked chicken (substitute turkey or crab, if desired)
- 1 c. canned milk
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Directions

1Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together.

2Add crumbs and chicken; beat until smooth.

3Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

4Let stand 10 minutes.

5May be turned out onto platter or sliced in pan.

6Dilute cream of mushroom soup with milk; heat and spoon over each slice.
