- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
Directions

1Season chicken with salt and pepper.

2Brown in melted butter. Remove chicken.

3Add onions and saute until tender.

4Add flour and curry powder.

5Stir until smooth and bubbly (about 2 minutes). Stir in broth.

6Bring to a boil; add chicken.

7Cover and cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.

8If sauce is too thick, add more butter.
