- 6 whole chicken breasts
- 4 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. curry (I use half of this)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Bake chicken in oven for 1 hour.

2Split chicken apart and debone.

3Cook spinach and drain.

4Line a buttered casserole with the spinach.

5Place chicken breasts on top of spinach.

6Use an 8 x 12 x 2-inch dish.
