  • 6 whole chicken breasts
  • 4 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. curry (I use half of this)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Bake chicken in oven for 1 hour.

    Split chicken apart and debone.

    Cook spinach and drain.

    Line a buttered casserole with the spinach.

    Place chicken breasts on top of spinach.

    Use an 8 x 12 x 2-inch dish.
