Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil or butter
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Mix together and bring to a boil.

    Clean chicken.

    Spread with lemon juice and let marinate while fire gets ready.

    Season with garlic salt, seasoned salt, salt and pepper.

    Place inside (boney side) down and let it brown.

    Move over and cook over indirect heat until done.
