- 3 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/8 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1/3 c. mushrooms
Directions

1Rub chicken with lemon.

2Brown garlic in butter and rosemary. Flour and season chicken.

3Add to butter and brown for 2 minutes on each side on high heat.

4Add wine.

5Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.

6Add mushrooms.

7Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
