- 2 lb. chicken (legs and thighs)
- 2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut up
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- basil, garlic powder and parsley to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 oz. Marsala wine
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions

1Shake chicken and flour in bag until coated.

2In 10 x 10 x 2-inch pan, place coated chicken.

3Sprinkle onion and mushrooms over top of chicken.

4Add seasonings.

5Pour wine over mixture. Pour tomato sauce over.

6Put in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours, turning periodically, until golden brown.

7Serves 6.
