- 2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto
- 1/8 lb. Provolone cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
- 1 1/3 c. Marsala wine
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1Dust chicken with flour and sprinkle each piece with the garlic and pepper.

2Set aside.

3Saute mushrooms in butter until semi-soft.

4Set aside and reserve liquid.

5In frypan, brown chicken until fully cooked, adding oil as necessary.
