  • 2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • 1/8 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. Marsala wine
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

    Dust chicken with flour and sprinkle each piece with the garlic and pepper.

    Set aside.

    Saute mushrooms in butter until semi-soft.

    Set aside and reserve liquid.

    In frypan, brown chicken until fully cooked, adding oil as necessary.
