Chicken Marsala

- 1 lb. chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
- 3 or 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- flour
- 4 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Brown garlic in 4 tablespoons oil.

2Remove garlic.

3Then add lightly floured chicken and saute on each side until lightly browned.

4Remove to baking dish.

5Add mushrooms to oil, adding a little more oil, if necessary.

6Saute mushrooms, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.

7Then add Marsala wine, stir together for a minute or two and then pour over chicken.

8Cover with foil and bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
