  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cubes margarine
  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 1 fresh green pepper, sliced lengthways (thin)
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • salt, pepper, dried parsley and garlic powder
  • chopped, dried onions

Directions

    Use 5-quart saucepan to brown chicken breasts in.

    Dredge chicken breasts in flour and brown lightly in the butter (margarine).

    Remove chicken and put into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle with sliced peppers and onions and pour the sherry over all.
