  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 large chicken thigh, skinned and chunked
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 18 teaspoon celery seed
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 stalk celery, diced

Directions

    Saute chicken pieces in soy sauce.

    When chicken is about half-cooked, add wine and spices.
