- 8 chicken fillets
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (a little larger than the fillets)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- a little olive oil
Directions

1Wipe some olive oil on the base of a non-stick frying pan.

2Sprinkle the oregano and a pinch of salt and grill the fillets.

3When one side is done, flip over.

4When the other side is done, cover four fillets with the cheese, take the other 4 out and put them in the oven so they don't get cold, lower the heat and cover the pan.

5This will help the cheese to melt.

6When it has melted, put one fillet on top of each on and serve.
