  • 8 chicken fillets
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (a little larger than the fillets)
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • a little olive oil

Directions

    Wipe some olive oil on the base of a non-stick frying pan.

    Sprinkle the oregano and a pinch of salt and grill the fillets.

    When one side is done, flip over.

    When the other side is done, cover four fillets with the cheese, take the other 4 out and put them in the oven so they don't get cold, lower the heat and cover the pan.

    This will help the cheese to melt.

    When it has melted, put one fillet on top of each on and serve.
