  • tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (I used panko bread crumbs )
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 4 bonelss,skinless chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

    Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick

    Combined chicken bouillon with bread crumbs in shallow dish

    Dip chicken in eggs,then bread crumbs mixture, coating well

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken,turning once,until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown, about 5 mins

    Tip:To bake,preheat oven to 425F.

    Line baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with nonstick spray.

    Arrange chicken on pan,then lightly spray and with nonstick cooking spray.

    Bake 15 mins or until chicken is thoroughly cooked...
