- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. pasta sauce
- 1 c. cream
- 1/2 c. Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut chicken into thin slivers and salt to taste.

2Dip breasts in flour, eggs, and then crumbs.

3Fry in oil until meat is tender and golden brown from both sides.
