- 2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
- 1 - 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions

1In a 10 inch skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.

2Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.

3Stir in tomato soup and remaining ingredients.

4Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
