Ingredients
- 2 or possibly 3 pound chicken
- 1 teaspoon cumin pwdr
- 3 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 2 lg. cans tomato sauce
- Flour or possibly cornstarch
- Salt and pepper
- Water
- Cooked rice for 6 to 8 people
Directions

1Wash chicken and rub down with salt.

2Then place chicken in Dutch oven or possibly small roasting pan.

3Do not add in anything, chicken will cook in its own juices.

4Cook over very low heat till chicken is tender.

5Then remove from broth, add in water, tomato sauce, chili pwdr, cumin pwdr, salt and pepper to taste.

6Bring to rolling boil and thicken with flour or possibly cornstarch.

7Remove skin and debone chicken.

8Tear chicken in small pcs and place in sauce.

9Simmer 5 min.

10Serve over cooked rice with flour tortillas.

11Serves 6 to 8.
