- 4 cans creamed corn
- 4 cans English peas
- 5 lb. potatoes
- 2 1/2 lb. onions, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 2 or 3 cans milk
Directions

1Pressure hen for 1 hour, then cool and debone.

2Pressure onions and potatoes in broth for about 30 minutes.

3Put hen back into broth in top.

4Add corn and peas.

5Simmer.

6Add milk and butter.

7This makes a large stew.
