  • 7 large boneless and skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup multicolored sweet peppers
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup

    Heat oil add paprika and cumin

    Slice the chicken into strips.

    Add to oil.

    Fry/ simmer till chicken is done.

    Take the chicken out and set aside in a bowl.

    Reserve a quarter cup of the oil.

    To the paprika and cumin oil, quarter cup, add cabbage stir coating the cabbage add salt, garlic, and water.

    Cover and simmer.

    After its simmered 7 minutes add raisins and chicken, cover again.

    Add peppers.

    Add ketchup stir well let simmer 3 minutes.
