Chicken Noodle Dinner

  • 2 c. medium noodles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 cans (5 oz.) cooked white meat chicken
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water. Drain noodles.

    In medium bowl, combine soup and milk until well blended.

    Set aside.

    In a buttered 2-quart casserole, combine chicken, mushrooms, celery and green pepper.

    Stir in cooked noodles.

    Pour soup mixture over all.

    Stir to combine.

    Bake, covered, 20 to 30 minutes.

    Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
