- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 13 cups cold water
- oil (for deep frying)
- 2 -3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size nuggets
Directions

1Deep fry in oil at 375.

2Dip nuggets in batter; drop into oil and fry till golden brown (about 5 minutes).

3Serve with your favorite sweet & sour sauce or with Sweet Vidalia onion dressing (My Favorite).
