  • 1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks (undrained)
  • 1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
  • 1 sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

    Marinate covered and refrigerated for 2 hours.

    Place casserole in 325° oven for 3/4 hour or until chicken is tender.
