- 1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 6 halves chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Combine salsa, mustard and lime juice.

2In large bowl, add chicken, turning to coat.

3Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.

4Melt margarine in large skillet.

5Remove chicken from marinade.

6Reserve marinade.

7Add chicken to skillet.

8Cook until brown on both sides.

9Cover.

10Let simmer 15 minutes or until no longer pink.

11Add reserved marinade and cook until chicken is tender and glazed.
