Ingredients

  • 1 c. bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. whipping cream (may cut calories by using milk instead)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. A.1. sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 cooked fryer (I use about 2 lb. chicken breast)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery

Directions

    Cook onion and celery in butter until transparent.

    Add flour and remaining ingredients and cook until sauce thickens.

    Add chopped chicken.
