  • 6 boneless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch green onion tops and bulbs, chopped
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 4 oz. white wine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz. plain or spinach fettucini

Directions

    Remove skin from boned chicken and cut into julienne strips. Set aside.

    Melt butter in a large saute pan.

    Add garlic and green onion and saute until tender.

    Add chicken and mushrooms and cook until chicken loses its pinkness.
