Ingredients
- 2 large onions, whole
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet peppers chopped
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 quart water
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

1Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit

2Boil the chicken in water, salt, and celery.

3Boil till chicken is done.

4Cut two onions in half lengthwise.

5Hollow them out..set into a cupcake pan

6Shred the chicken add to a pan with butter, paprika, pepper, inside of onions, chopped sweet peppers, garlic, and parsley.

7Add some of the chicken water.

8Just to keep moist.

9When onions and peppers are soft, add chicken mixture to hollowed onions.

10Then top with cheese bake in oven 20-25 minutes.
