- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender. Bone and chop chicken. Reserve 2 cups broth. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Combine reserved broth, soup and pepper in bowl; mix well.

3Pour over chicken. Combine flour, margarine and buttermilk in bowl. Mix well. Spoon over casserole.
