Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
Directions

1Put onion and carrots in bottom of crock-pot or cooking pot. Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper.

2Roll in flour to coat.

3Place chicken on top of onion and carrots. Combine remaining ingredients except sour cream.

4Pour over top of chicken.

5Cover and cook on high (crock-pot) or low (stove) for 3 to 4 hours.

6Dish is done when carrots are very tender.

7Just before serving, stir in sour cream.

8Serve over noodles.
