- 3/4 to 1 lb. boneless chicken
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 to 1 c. water
- 8 oz. noodles
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.

2Saute onion in butter until soft in a large skillet with a cover.

3Stir in paprika and flour; cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

4Stir in salt and tomato juice.

5Add chicken, turning to coat pieces well; cover. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
