- 16 oz. currant jelly
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. allspice
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place chicken in uncovered roasting pan; do not overlap.

3Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

4Simmer 5 minutes.

5Pour over chicken and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes, basting several times.

7Serve with wild rice.
