  • 6 to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white (dry) wine
  • 16 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Wash breasts; place in broiler pan.

    Mix sour cream, mushrooms (as many as you want), soup and wine together; pour over chicken. Do not cover.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
