  • 7 or 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 carton sour cream (1 c.)
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix sour cream, soup and sherry.

    Place chicken in casserole; pour mixture over.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 2 hours, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or at 275° for 3 hours, depending upon your time and where you want to go while it is cooking.

    Serve on rice with the gravy.
