- 1 carton sour cream (1 c.)
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 1 can mushroom soup
- paprika
Directions

1Mix sour cream, soup and sherry.

2Place chicken in casserole; pour mixture over.

3Sprinkle with paprika.

4Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 2 hours, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or at 275° for 3 hours, depending upon your time and where you want to go while it is cooking.

5Serve on rice with the gravy.
