- 6 chicken legs and thighs connected or 6 chicken breasts
- melted butter
- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.

2Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and cheese.

3Roll chicken in this mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Good served with French green beans, Caesar salad and Vienna bread.
