- 2 Shots Stoli Vodka
- 1 Stick No Salt Butter
- 1/2 Lb. Proscuitto (thinly sliced and diced)
- 6 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Three Cheese Mix Shredded (Mozzarella, Fontinella, Asiago)
- Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1.25 Lbs Grilled Chicken Breast, Sliced
- 1 Lb. Penne Pasta
Directions

1Heat saute pan. Melt stick butter. Add thinly sliced & diced proscuitto. Caramelize the bottom of the pan (cook until proscuitto is crisp). Deglaze with tomato sauce and vodka. Add cream. Reduce. Toss in chicken, Parmesan cheese, cheese mixture and pasta. Top with fresh basil.
