Chicken Pepperoni

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. picante sauce
  • 1/3 c. pepperoni
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut in pieces (optional)
  • 4 c. hot cooked rice, macaroni or noodle of choice
  • 4 chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings

Directions

    Cook chicken breasts in oil until done; drain and set aside. Combine picante sauce, Italian seasonings, green pepper and pepperoni.

    Heat to boil and add cubed chicken; simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve on top of rice or mix with noodles and serve. Garnish with cheese.
