- 8 oz. chicken cutlets
- 3/4 tsp. butter
- 1/8 c. dry white vermouth
- 1/8 c. lemon juice
- dill sprigs
Directions

1Rinse and pat dry chicken.

2Melt butter in medium skillet. Saute chicken 2 to 3 minutes each side.

3Add vermouth and half lemon juice.

4Cover and raise heat to high for 2 minutes.

5Add remaining lemon juice.

6Simmer, uncovered, until done.

7Transfer chicken and sauce to small platter and garnish with oil.
