- chicken breasts (boneless), cut in half and sliced thin
- stick of butter
- fresh mushrooms
- flour
- lemon juice
- egg
- chicken bouillon
Directions

1Mix egg with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

2Season flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3Dip chicken in egg mixture and seasoned flour.

4Fry in butter and place in glass dish.

5At end of frying, lightly saute fresh mushrooms.

6To drippings in pan, add 1 cup of chicken bouillon mixed with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

7Pour over chicken.

8Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
