- 4 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. capers (Crosse & Blackwell)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Coat chicken cutlets with flour.

2In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter.

3Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.

4Remove to platter; keep warm.
