- skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- milk
- margarine
- black pepper
- whole fresh lemons
Directions

1Place chicken breasts between 2 layers of waxed paper and pound with wooden mallet until as thin as possible.

2Chop fresh bread slices in blender until chopped fine.

3Pour milk on plate and sprinkle with black pepper.

4Dip chicken in milk and pepper and then in fresh bread crumbs.

5Fry in margarine in skillet over medium heat.

6When chicken begins to brown, squeeze lemon juice over chicken.

7Use 1/2 lemon on each chicken breast.

8Be generous with lemon juice.

9Arrange chicken on platter and decorate with lemon slices.
