- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour or Bisquick mix
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Boil chicken until done.

2When it's cool enough to handle, cut into bite size pieces.

3In a large, deep baking dish, put 1 cup of broth from the boiled chicken.

4Put chicken into the broth.

5Add cream of chicken soup, undiluted, on top of chicken and spread evenly.

6Mix margarine, flour and milk.

7Mix evenly to be sure there are no lumps in batter.

8Pour over the other ingredients. Cook at 350° until batter forms a crust.
