- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken; debone and skin.

2Place chicken in long baking dish.

3Mix soup and broth and pour mixture over chicken.

4In saucepan melt margarine.

5Add buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper (makes a batter).

6Pour over chicken and bake at 425° until crust is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
