Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can peas and carrots, drained
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • black pepper

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.

    Then mix flour, milk, butter and a sprinkle of pepper.

    Pour over chicken mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.
