- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Mix salt, pepper, chicken broth and soup together and bring to a boil.

3Combine rest of the ingredients and make a batter.

4Pour broth mixture over chicken and spoon batter over top.

5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 425° oven.
