- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken, reserving some of the stock.

2Melt margarine and add flour (do not brown).

3Add chicken broth to flour mixture until thickness desired.

4Add chicken.

5Place 1 crust in pie plate and fill with chicken mixture.

6Cover with second crust and slit top.

7Bake at 425° until crust is brown.
