- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cook and remove chicken from bone.

2Put in 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Put broth and soup in saucepan and bring to a boil.

4Pour over chicken and eggs.

5Combine melted margarine, pepper, flour and milk; mix to form batter.

6Pour and spoon batter over top.

7Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
