  • 6 chicken breasts, boiled until done, cut
  • 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 (10 oz.) can peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Melt margarine in casserole dish.

    Mix chicken, soup, broth, peas, carrots and add to margarine.

    Mix Bisquick and milk. Pour over top of casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 425° or until done.
