  • 2 9 inch pie crusts
  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boneless
  • olive oil
  • 4 broccoli crowns
  • 1 c. baby carrots, diced
  • 1 c. potato peeled and diced
  • 1 can Cream of Campbell's Soup of your liking

    In fry pan cook chicken with olive oil.

    Add diced carrots and broccoli.

    Take a 9 inch pie pan and place a bottom crust.

    In bowl mix soup with 1/2 c. milk.

    In pie pan add your chicken, broccoli and carrots, potatoes.

    Pour soup over ingredients.

    Put top on pie.

    Preheat over 350°.

    Cook pie in oven until golden brown or approximately 1 hour.
