- 3/4 lb. slivered raw chicken
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. dry rice
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute chicken in oil until lightly browned.

2Add mushrooms, onion and rice.

3Saute, stirring until rice is lightly browned. Add broth and salt.

4Bring to a full boil.

5Cover.

6Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

7Makes 4 servings, each less than 350 calories.
