- 6 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. each: thyme and sage
- 4 small chicken thighs
- 1/3 c. chicken broth (canned is best)
- 1/4 c. sherry or chicken broth
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In bag, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.

3Place chicken (one at a time) in bag and shake to coat.

4Arrange chicken in a single layer in a small shallow roasting dish.

5Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

6Pour sherry or extra broth over chicken and bake 5 minutes longer.
